If you were a fly on my wall you would find me tucked in the corner of my couch, legs out stretched on the "chase" with my wife's feet close enough to touch my hip if she tried as she's stretched down the couch reading / talking on the phone, etc. You'd also find our puppy sleeping in the chair across the room (oh wait she's now up playing with her toy).

Yep, this is truly a happy place for me.
So from this happy place I'm posting some pictures from the last couple of weeks. My blogging habits have been disrupted as of late so post have been few and far between. Hopefully I'll find my rhythm again and get to posting more often.
Hope you guys enjoy these pictures, I'd love you hear any feedback you might have to share.
blessings,
Matt

The Sheaffer family is one of those families you fall in love with the second you meet them. The kind you secretly hope will invite you over for Thanksgiving cause you just KNOW they have a lot of fun together (elbow elbow wink wink). Jen and Jason both work at LCBC (a local non-profit) investing their lives in the lives of literally thousands of kids, and the kids that they invest the most in are three adorable little girls and one awesome little man. This foursome ran Pearl and I all over the yard, up trees, on trampolines, in barns and into their "secret club house."
taking their pictures was Simply too much fun!

Heather and Tyler have one of those relationships you hope your kids one day have. The smile the sneaks on their face at the site of the other or the lingering look that you know causes their heart to race tell you that what's in their heart really is the real thing. We spent the morning at a beautiful historic site capturing their love among the buildings, flowers and stream. They've honored me by inviting me to capture their special day next year, which I'm truly excited to be a part of. I'll make sure I share the pictures here.
